As a Registered Canadian Charity, with a focus on community supports, our goal is to ensure that all individuals and families who seek education, compassion and guidance are able to access therapeutic and timely counselling without barriers. After 26 years of providing free counselling and groups to our community, we have made the difficult choice to incorporate a new fee-for-service model to cover our expenses, effective as of January 1st, 2024. Acknowledging the experience, expertise, and education of our therapists, our fees are varied. Some Employee Assistance Plans may cover some counselling. Please check with your therapist in your initial conversation. We also offer a sliding scale/pay-what-you-can fee to those who are unable to pay the full fee (limited availability). Donations towards programming is another option to offset our organizations expenses. All donations are graciously acknowledged and an Official Tax Receipt provided. Please connect with us if you need more information about our fees and our options.
